Humberstone Residences is the first rental offering from Grandstone Living Inc. We are a local real estate development firm specializing in small to medium new build apartment living. Our slogan, “Creating Quality Living“, says it all. We pride ourselves on creating sustainable and desirable living spaces. There is a shortage of quality rental accommodations in Ontario and we are proud to be doing our part to remedy this situation with quality living spaces.

Each unit comes with one designated exterior parking space. Extra street parking is available but limited.

Port Colborne, in partnership with the Niagara Region, offers NRT OnDemand. This is a transit order service similar to Uber, at traditional bus transit rates. More info about NRT OnDemand can be found here.

A credit check, photo ID and proof of income are traditionally required for an application. Additional information and/or a co-signer may be requested. 

Humberstone Residences Phase 1 was completed in 2022, Phase 2 will be ready for occupancy February 1st 2024.

A non-refundable deposit for first and last months' rent plus a signed one-year lease are required to ensure reservation of a unit, which will be chosen on a first come, first served basis.
